LifeLine Opens 19th Facility in Ligonier

With a single-minded focus on providing access to sleep studies to as many Western Pennsylvanians as possible, the region’s leading independent sleep center has opened its newest facility in Ligonier, Pennsylvania.

The newest LifeLine facility is located at the Ramada Inn at 216 West Loyalhanna Street in Ligonier. This is the fourth hotel-based facility operated by LifeLine Center for Sleep Disorders, one of the country’s foremost networks of independent sleep centers. Staffed with experienced sleep technicians and a Medical Director who’s board-certified in sleep medicine, the Ligonier facility can accommodate multiple sleep studies per night.

“We are always looking for ways to better serve patients and their physicians,” explained Becky Rohosky, General Manager, LifeLine Sleep Centers, “We have free-standing sleep centers, centers located in some of the region’s best hospitals and several in hotels, so we can give patients the kind of experience that will make them most comfortable. In addition, we’re pioneering the concept of home sleep studies in this region, so we’re continually expanding ways we can study – and ultimately treat – the very prevalent, but routinely undiagnosed, sleep disorders that affect the quality of life.”

Based outside Pittsburgh in Forest Hills, LifeLine has been quietly expanding and now operates or manages 19 community sleep locations in the region, including seven in partnership with Excela Health System, three with private physician groups and the most recent addition of its pediatric facility at Allegheny General Hospital – Suburban Campus.
